The library contains traditional volumes, large print books, audio books, videos, DVDs, CDs, magazines, newspapers and various other materials.

Our Special Collections contain materials on local history and genealogy.

There are baby board books for the youngest children and large print materials for the visually impaired.

Many current bestsellers are also available.

Video Tapes and DVDs

Video Collection

A collection of videotapes is available, as well as a small rotating collection of videos and DVDs from James V. Brown Library. An adult (18 or older) may borrow up to 2 tapes or DVDs for 2 nights at no charge. Videos and DVDs that are returned late carry a fine of $1.00 a day each, which must be paid before other materials can be borrowed. Repeatedly returning tapes late may result in the suspension of video borrowing privileges.
